سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

- إرجاع المنتج أو استبداله حق لجميع عملائنا ، وهو يشمل جميع المنتجات التي نقدمها في متجرنا.

- جميع المنتجات المعروضة في متجرنا تخضع لسياسة الاستبدال والاسترداد وفقًا للشروط والأحكام المنصوص عليها في هذه الصفحة.

- يمكن الإرجاع أو الاستبدال إذا كان المنتج في حالته الأصلية عند شرائه وتعبئته في عبوته الأصلية.

- يرجى التواصل معنا عبر صفحة اتصل بنا او عبر ارقام هواتفنا لطلب ارجاع او استبدال.

- يرجى التقاط صورة وإرسال المنتج مع تحديد المدينة والعنوان ورقم الطلب بحيث يمكن استبداله بمنتج آخر في حالة تلف المنتج أو به عيب معين أو عدم استخدامه وفقًا للاتفاقية.

- يتم إرجاع المبلغ إلى العميل بالكامل إذا كان المنتج الذي استلمه مختلفًا تمامًا عن المنتج المعروض على موقعنا.

- لسنا مسؤولين عن توقعات استخدام العملاء للمنتجات ، والتي لم نذكرها في صفحة المنتج على موقعنا.

- استقطاع 30٪ أو ما لا يقل عن 3 دولارات إذا كان العميل لا يريد المنتج ولا يوجد فيه عيب أو مشكلة مذكورة.

Return and exchange policy

- Returning or exchanging the product is a right for all of our customers, and it includes all the products we offer in our store.

- All products offered in our store are subject to exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

- Return or exchange is possible if the product is in its original condition when purchased and packaged in its original packaging.

- Please contact us via the Contact Us page or via our phone numbers to request a return or replacement.

- Please take a photo and send the product with the city, address and order number so that it can be replaced with another product if the product is damaged, has a specific defect or is not used in accordance with the agreement.

- A full refund will be given to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product displayed on our website.

- We are not responsible for the expectations of customers' use of the products, which we did not mention on the product page of our website.

- 30% deduction or no less than $3 if the customer does not want the product and there is no defect or problem mentioned.
